Overview
Raritan Water Co. is a new and growing local water filtration company serving Central New Jersey — Middlesex, Somerset, and Mercer Counties. We install whole-home water softeners and reverse osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners.
We're looking for a licensed NJ master plumber who wants consistent, well-paid install work without the overhead of finding it.
This is per-job 1099 work, starting at 1–3 installs per week and growing. We're investing in marketing and building our book of business across all three counties. The right person gets first call on every job as volume increases.
You do the install. We do everything else. No sales calls. No estimates. No chasing leads. No collecting payment from homeowners. We bring you a pre-sold job with equipment already on site and the customer expecting you.
What you'd be doing
- Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener and filtration systems
- Installing under-sink 5-stage reverse osmosis systems
- Basic plumbing tie-ins, testing, and cleanup
- Being professional and friendly with homeowners during installs
- Asking for a Google review when the job's done — bonus paid for every review earned
- Typical install runs 2–4 hours
What we need
- Active NJ Master Plumber license — required, no exceptions
- Your own general liability insurance, with a certificate naming Raritan Water LLC
- Your own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to take install jobs with 48–72 hours notice
- Someone who shows up on time, does clean work, and doesn't cut corners
- Good with homeowners — you're representing the company in their home
