Position Summary
Adaptable ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with caregivers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical services.
This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families through in-home and community-based services.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, and other clinical evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
- Analyze client data and make treatment modifications based on clinical progress.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions with RBTs and behavior technicians in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Provide behavioral skills training (BST) to clinical staff to ensure treatment fidelity.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
Family Collaboration
- Provide caregiver training and support to promote skill generalization across environments.
- Collaborate with families to identify treatment priorities and goals.
- Communicate regularly regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.
- Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of clinical staff.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
QualificationsRequired
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted BCBA certification in good standing.
- Georgia State Licensure
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards.
Preferred
- Experience providing in-home ABA services.
- Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Credentialed with commercial insurance providers or willingness to become credentialed.

- Ability to travel to client homes and community locations.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout client environments.
- Ability to utilize a laptop, tablet, and electronic health record systems.
