BLOOM Global Travel Experiences is a growing travel agency seeking a professional and outgoing Student Outreach Coordinator to support our HBCU College Tour program.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with students, building community relationships, traveling, and representing a growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Connect with high schools, counselors, students, and community partners.
- Visit schools and participate in college fairs and student events.
- Share information about BLOOM HBCU College Tours.
- Follow up with interested students and families.
- Conduct phone and email outreach.
- Support student registration and recruitment goals.
- Complete outreach records and administrative tasks.
Schedule & Travel
This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position, generally scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. School visit days may be scheduled from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
This position is remote and field-based. Administrative work is completed remotely, while school and community outreach requires frequent travel.
This position is based in the Indianapolis market and supports student and school outreach throughout Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Gary, and Louisville, including surrounding communities. Regular regional travel is required.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Approved business mileage is reimbursed.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, personable, and comfortable working independently. You should enjoy meeting new people and communicating with students, families, and school professionals.
Experience in education, outreach, youth programs, recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, or travel is helpful but not required.
