Unlike many solar companies, Nueva Energy is a licensed C-10 contractor that installs the projects it sells. Our sales team works directly with ownership and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss solar and battery solutions Analyze utility bills and energy usage Present customized proposals Educate homeowners on available financing and ownership options Follow up with prospects and referrals Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking and referrals Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Solar sales experience preferred but not required Home improvement sales experience is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
Compensation
Commission-based position with significant earning potential.
