Lead Operations for a Growing Hospice!
LilyCare Hospice is a growing community-based hospice in New Hampshire. Our interdisciplinary teams deliver end-of-life care wherever patients call home — private residences, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. We're looking for an experienced Hospice Administrator to run business operations, drive agency growth, and report directly to our Chief Operating Officer.
This is a business operations Hospice Administrator role. No LNHA or RN license required.

Duties and Responsibilities
As Hospice Administrator, own all non-clinical operations for the agency — HR, finance, vendor management, and regulatory compliance
Drive census growth, business development, and community outreach to expand the agency's reach and referral base
Lead human resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management; partner with the Director of Recruitment on hiring and onboarding
Manage budgeting, payroll coordination, AP/AR, and coordinate with billing on Medicare claims submission and reimbursement
Ensure compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, New Hampshire state hospice regulations, and maintain audit-ready documentation
Compensation and Schedule
Pay range: $120,000–$150,000/year
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday

Skills and Qualifications
At least 2 years leading a hospice in an administrative or operational leadership capacity — hospice administration experience is required
Working knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, with hands-on survey and audit readiness
A track record of growing census and building referral relationships
Command of agency finances — budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and Medicare reimbursement
Proven people leadership: building teams, managing performance, and handling employee relations
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration (preferred)
CHPCA credential (preferred)
