Job Scope (Commercial Projects) may include:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Framing walls, floors, and ceilings
- Installation of doors, windows, and hardware
- Layout and installation of blocking, backing, and structural components
- Finish carpentry work as needed
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve jobsite challenges efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Ability to handle disruptions with professionalism
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy materials
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders and work at heights
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial carpentry experience
- Reliable transportation and tools for the trade
- Proper PPE must be worn at all times
- OSHA 10 preferred
