Overview
We are looking for a friendly, focused, reliable part-time barista to join our staff! Our biggest focus is providing a calm and welcoming space for customers. Barista experience is required. Our small staff is ready to start growing and we hope you can be part of it! Labyrinth is a non profit small business established in August of 2024. Our mission is to give back to the community and work with other small businesses. We are a sustainability focused company, dedicated to reducing waste and recycling. Our baristas are on shift solo, being confident and comfortable working alone is a must. Hopefully you can be the right fit for us!
Part time position 20-25 hours, must have weekday availability.
Duties
- Taking orders & payments on a pos system. (We use toast)
- Making drinks & smoothies
- Opening and closing, "all day" shifts are 7:30-4:30
- Assisting kitchen volunteers as needed
- Prepping drinks, syrups, concentrates
- Maintaining a clean and organized space
Experience
- Food service experience is preferred but not required
- Barista experience is required
- General knowledge of food & safety
