Job Title: Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Rep — Home Services
Location: Remote / Chesterfield, NJ area
Job Type: Contract, Part-time

We're a growing exterior home cleaning company serving Chesterfield, NJ and surrounding areas — window cleaning, pressure washing, and mold remediation. We generate leads through our advertising, and we need someone confident on the phone to call those leads and book them in for an inspection and quote.
You'll be given a list of leads with their names and contact information. Your job is to call each lead, get them interested, ask a couple of qualifying questions, and book them in for an inspection/quote. If a lead doesn't answer the phone, you'll leave a voicemail and send a follow-up text message.
What you'll do
- Call leads from a provided list (names and contact info supplied)
- Get the lead interested in our services
- Ask a couple of qualifying questions
- Book the lead in for an inspection/quote
- If a lead doesn't answer, leave a voicemail and send a follow-up text message
What we're looking for
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Persuasive and friendly, able to get someone interested quickly
- Organized and consistent — works the full list and follows up
- Reliable during agreed calling hours
- Sales, telemarketing, or customer-service experience a plus
Compensation
- Commission-based — full structure detailed in contract
- No cap — the more you book and close, the more you make
