At FreshDirect, our customers are at the heart of everything we do—and that starts with building a strong, scalable financial foundation behind the scenes. We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead our accounting function and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of our financial operations.
This role is a critical partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, responsible for delivering best in class financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and enabling data-driven decision making across a complex, operations driven business. The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and support continued growth.
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
Provide strong leadership to the accounting organization, fostering a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Own Financial Reporting & Close
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
