Job Description and Qualifications:
The GIS Mapping Tech will gain experience in mapping utility locations in Haines City. The GIS Tech will also gain experience in project management while using GIS software. The Geospatial profession is one of the fastest growing segments in the world. Come join us as we grow and learn together. Other duties may also be assigned as needed.
Duties:
Perform point collection site to site walking and collecting a wide variety of data sets.
Support other staff with project tasks.
Work on cutting edge technology projects.
Learning Objectives and Benefits:
Utilizing GIS to provide data support for projects, mostly utility based.
Participating in the development, maintenance, and implementation of accurate GIS information.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software.

Pay structure
$15/ hour-Commission .35 per collected GIS location/ Daily gas allowance provided $15
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
