Overview
Power Honda in Albany is looking to add the right member to our team. We are searching for an individual with a great attitude who is always willing to help, will greet customers with a smile & look for opportunities to go the extra mile. This position will play the crucial roll of supporting both our Service & Parts department.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones for both service and parts. Assist guests in scheduling appointments and take messages for service advisors & service manager when unable to answer questions
- Greet all service and parts customers promptly professionally
- Assist guests with basic service status updates
- Write express service repair orders during busy periods
- Collect customer signatures and verify contact information and preferred method of contact
- Assist with follow-up calls, appointment confirmations, and missed appointment rescheduling
- Verify vehicles are tagged, parked correctly, and ready for pickup
- Look up & order parts when parts counter is unavailable
- Bill & pull parts for RO’s when parts counter are unavailable
- Cashier service & parts customers
- Check in vehicles and take photos as needed
- Operate shuttle for customer drop off and pick up
- File completed repair orders
- Vacuum service department rugs
- Keep coffee area clean and stocked with coffee, cups, tea, paper towels, ect.
- Keep customer waiting area clean and organized
Requirements
- Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer proficient
- Valid Driver’s License and clean, insurable, driving record
- Pre-employment background check, including drug screening
- Professional References
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
