Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation to meet high standards of hygiene
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with safety and efficiency
- Manage housekeeping responsibilities by organizing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring proper storage
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with janitorial duties and custodial tasks across various residential settings as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry processes
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and complete assignments promptly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with housekeeper management practices is advantageous
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work for extended periods
