SLP Dentistry is a privately owned general dentistry practice focused on building lasting relationships with patients through personalized care. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for while supporting a positive, team-oriented office culture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
- Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional patient experience
- Support front office and clinical team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
