We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our team in the Salinas and Monterey area. In this role, you will assist customers in a retail environment, provide product information, and support daily store operations.
This is an in-person position inside a retail location where you will interact directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional assistance in a retail setting
- Answer questions about products, services, and pricing
- Assist customers with purchases and product selection
- Process transactions accurately using the store system
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
- Support daily store goals and team operations
- Stay informed about current products and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends
