Your Opportunity as Property Support Manager
As the Property Support Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our communities while helping deliver an exceptional resident experience. This position serves as an operational partner to onsite leadership, supporting resident communications, lease administration, compliance processes, reporting, vendor coordination, and overall property performance.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities, resident engagement, and operational support in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Support daily property operations and administrative functions.
- Review and process applications while ensuring compliance with company policies and screening requirements.
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, resident retention initiatives, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resident communications, inquiries, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with residents, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate resident files, lease documentation, and operational records.
- Assist with vendor coordination, scheduling, and invoice processing.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and financial administration activities.
- Prepare operational reports, track key performance metrics, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Partner with onsite and regional leadership to support community performance and resident satisfaction.
- Assist with property inspections, compliance reviews, and operational audits.
- Support resident events, community initiatives, and special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring (Required Experience & Skills)
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily property management, property operations, resident services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leasing, resident relations, and property operations.
- Experience with property management software platforms such as Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Customer service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with onsite and regional teams.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a 15% target bonus. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
