Join our dynamic team as a Class D Delivery Specialist, where you will be the vital link between our company and our valued customers.
Responsibilities
-Read assigned yard orders for delivery
-Load and unload a heavy duty flatbed pickup truck with building materials including but not limited to lumber, trim, plywood, chipboard, drywall, windows, doors, flooring hardware, etc.
-Double check load for correct materials and quantities
-Make deliveries to both residential and commercial job sites
-Communicate with customers
-Unload materials in customer’s specified location both alone and with the assistance of other employees (within reason)
-Process delivery invoices
-Pick materials up from job sites
-Write up return credit slips
-Assist other drivers with deliveries
-Restock materials in yard
-Pull and prepare orders
-Assist with yard maintenance
-Must be able to work in all weather conditions
-Must be able to lift 85lbs repeatedly
-Forklift training available
-40 hours/week guaranteed with overtime
-Health and dental care, 401K with company match
-Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, every other Saturday 7am-12pm
-Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Medical Card exam/screening
Pay: $49,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
