Estrella Health and Rehab, an award winning Skilled Nursing Facility located in Avondale, is looking for a AZ licensed CNA/LNA for our sub acute and our long term care unit.

- Day Shift 6:30am-2:30pm (4 days on and 2 days off rotation)
- Evening Shift 2:30pm-10:30pm (4 days on and 2 days off rotation)
- NOC Shift 10:30pm-6:30am (4 days on and 2 days off rotation)
