Job Summary:
Super 10 transmission experience required . We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a vital member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for transporting various materials in a dump truck, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a safe and efficient transportation process.1099 pay 30% off truck gross paid weekly
Responsibilities:
- Operate a dump truck, roll off truck, or other heavy-duty vehicles to transport materials to construction sites, quarries, or other destinations.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, using manual transmission to navigate various terrain.
- Drive tractor-trailers or flatbed trucks to transport refrigerated trailers, construction materials, or other oversized loads.
- Follow delivery driver routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and other drivers to ensure efficient communication and transportation processes.
- Comply with commercial driving regulations, including hours of service and vehicle inspection requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a Class A or B endorsement.
- Experience operating dump trucks, roll off trucks, or other heavy-duty vehicles.
- Knowledge of manual transmission operation and vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to operate tractor-trailers or flatbed trucks with refrigerated trailers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
