We are hiring a seasonal part-time Golf Cart Rental Assistant. This position will help with the delivery process for incoming and outgoing golf cart rentals. 10-20hrs per week. Weekends as needed. Must have reliable vehicle and experience towing a trailer. Experience with golf cart maintenance a plus.
Position Overview
Beach Carts 30A Golf Cart Rentals is seeking a reliable and motivated Golf Cart Rental Assistant to support the daily movement, preparation, and management of our rental fleet. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, hands-on work in a fun beach environment. The Golf Cart Rental Assistant plays a key role in ensuring carts are delivered on time, maintained to company standards, and ready to provide guests with an exceptional rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, charge, and stage golf carts for upcoming rentals.
- Assist with the delivery and pickup of golf carts throughout the 30A area.
- Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections to ensure fleet quality and safety.
- Help maintain fleet organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Report maintenance needs, damage, or operational concerns to management.
- Assist with inventory organization and general operational support.
Experience:
- Previous experience in managing golf carts fleet, preferably in the rental industry
- Strong knowledge of delivery area and golf cart management
- Experience in towing trailers is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues
- Previous experience in golf cart maintenance a bonus
