Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and smoothly. This role supports administrative functions, coordinates office activities, manages vendor relationships, and assists leadership with operational and employee support needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kitchen and common areas, including loading and unloading dishwashers, wiping counters, organizing supplies, and managing inventory.
- Ensure the kitchen and breakroom are fully stocked with coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk, creamers, snacks, paper goods, and other employee refreshments.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and buiding management.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain company records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related questions and requests.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe, productive work environment.
- Support HR, finance, and leadership teams with administrative projects.
- Develop and improve office procedures and operational processes.QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
- Experience with HR, Timekeeping, or basic accounting functions.
- Familiarity with office management software and business systems.
