M&A Supply Company, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales/Counter Associate for our Huntsville, Alabama store that has prior counter sales experience, HVAC knowledge, good customer service skills, computer literate, and must also be able to drive a straight truck and work in the warehouse when needed. Employee has to have a clean MVR and class B driver's license and must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs. HVAC Knowledge is required. Distributor/Wholesale experience preferred. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30 and 7am - 4:30pm during the summer.

This is a full-time FLSA non-exempt position with medical/dental/vision/PTO/401k benefits available.
