CDL Class A Truck Driver – Dry Van / Flatbed / Step Deck (OTR/Regional)

Position Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
- Transport dry van, flatbed, and/or step deck freight on regional and over-the-road routes.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required shipping documentation.
- Ensure freight is delivered safely and on schedule.
- Properly secure and tarp loads when required for flatbed or step deck freight.
- Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience preferred. Qualified applicants with less experience may also be considered based on driving record, qualifications, and overall experience.
- Experience operating dry van, flatbed, or step deck equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cargo securement and tarping is an asset.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $0.55 per mile.
- Safety & Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.05 per mile.
- Potential Earnings: Up to $0.60 per mile.
