Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a wide range of industrial assets to keep uptime high.

Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to reduce unplanned downtime.

Conduct inspections, calibrations, and condition checks to ensure peak equipment performance.

Document all work clearly and accurately in maintenance records/CMMS.

Partner closely with production to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes.

Champion safety practices and maintain an orderly, hazard-free workspace.

Assist with installing, aligning, and commissioning new machines and auxiliary equipment.

High school diploma or GED; technical trade schooling or an industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance or similar craft role.

Solid knowledge of mechanical drives, electrical circuits, and hydraulic components.

Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and OEM manuals.

Sharp troubleshooting skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to support the operation with overtime and some weekend work when needed.
