Law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support their Entertainment Music department in the Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:
- Music publishing administration
- Negotiating and drafting talent clearances
- Master and synch licenses
- Due diligence for catalog acquisitions and sales
- Drafting producer and mixer agreements
- Preparing various other legal documents on behalf of both artist and corporate clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience at a record label or music publisher in licensing or legal/business affairs, or within a music law practice required
- Solid knowledge of copyright principles a must

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
