Truck Driver
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short and long distances in a safe and timely manner.
Duties:
- Operate trucks ranging from <Containers> to <Dump Trucks> to transport goods.
- Follow specific routes and schedules for <Route driving> and <Regional lane> deliveries.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and complete necessary paperwork.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating vehicles with <Manual transmission or automatic >
- Experience with specialized trucks such as <Dump truck> is a plus.
- Ability to handle different types of freight and cargo securely.
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and transportation regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prior experience as a <Delivery driver> is advantageous.
