We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Rep and Admin Assistant to join our growing agency. The qualified candidate must enjoy helping people, be computer efficient, and detail-oriented. Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls.
- Support teammates with follow up for clients and prospects.
- Research and resolve billing questions.
- Promptly respond to client needs either on the phone or electronically.
- Cultivate new opportunities and offer additional lines of insurance.
- Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
