What You'll Do
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
- Complete apartment turnovers and renovation projects.
- Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs within the scope of experience and applicable regulations.
- Maintain buildings, equipment, grounds, and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests and work orders.
- Assist with seasonal responsibilities including snow removal and groundskeeping.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory.
- Follow company safety policies and applicable regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Maintenance, construction, repair, landscaping, or related experience preferred.
- We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to use a personal vehicle for work-related travel.
- Must possess standard hand tools necessary to perform routine residential maintenance tasks.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
