1st - 7:00am - 3:00pm
2nd- 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd- 11:00pm- 7:00am
Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shift employees
- Ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow during assigned shift
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Train new employees on job duties and company policies
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
