Full time registered nurses at Hollywood Home Health is Case Managers who manage a team of licensed vocational nurses, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, speech therapists, and certified home health assistants.
This position is for Friday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Monday for Documentation ( remote)
The starting rate is $500 per day
What you will be doing:
- Plan, organize and direct home care services
- Complete initial assessment of patients to determine home care needs
- Regularly re-evaluate patient’s nursing needs
- Initiate a plan of care and make revisions as patient status changes
- Counsel the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs
- Provide health care instructions to patient, as appropriate per assessment and plan of care
- Communicate with the physician regarding the patient’s needs
- Obtain and receive physician’s orders as required
What we are looking for:
- 1+ year of EMR systems is preferred
- 1+ year of experience as a registered nurse in the state of California
- BLS certification required
