Position Summary
The Door-to-Door Construction and Roofing Sales Representative will generate new business by canvassing assigned neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, scheduling inspections, and guiding customers through the sales process.
This position is ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and earning commission based on performance. Construction or roofing sales experience is preferred but not required. Training may be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and introduce CNF Contracting’s services.
- Identify properties that may need roofing, storm-damage, remodeling, painting, or exterior repairs.
- Speak professionally with homeowners and explain available services.
- Schedule free roof and property inspections.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
- Assist customers through the inspection, estimate, contract, and project-start process.
- Generate and maintain accurate customer leads and sales records.
- Coordinate appointments with project managers, estimators, and production staff.
- Explain project proposals, financing options, warranties, and payment requirements.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and community members.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales goals.
- Represent CNF Contracting professionally and honestly at all times.

- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus but not required.

Typical Schedule
This position may include afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays because these are often the best times to reach homeowners. Representatives must be able to maintain a consistent canvassing and follow-up schedule.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
