Key Qualifications:

Expected Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, documenting results as required by school and district policy
- Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student needs and progress with families and educational teams
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans and update goals as needed throughout the academic year
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student support and progress
- Adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines associated with school-based SLP services
