In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers to ensure secure access and compliance with safety protocols
- Mix and apply spray foam insulation accurately following blueprint specifications and technical drawings
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and install insulation materials with precision
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper installation according to project requirements
- Follow safety procedures diligently, including power tool safety, ladder use, and proper handling of chemicals and equipment
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding project progress, questions, or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and inspecting completed work for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Construction experience with knowledge of building insulation installation techniques
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following construction plans
- Ability to operate ladders safely and work at heights comfortably
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, framing, or masonry is a plus
- Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, trim carpentry tools, or plastering equipment
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Experience with construction estimating is advantageous but not required
- Strong adherence to safety protocols including power tool safety standards and site-specific procedures
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Knowledge of other construction trades such as roofing, framing, stucco application or concrete finishing is beneficial

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
