What You’ll Do
- Keep team schedules organized and updated in Connecteam
- Help onboard new team members by scheduling training shifts and sending welcome messages
- Check bookings and align staff schedules so workshops run smoothly
- Respond to guest inquiries using friendly, pre-approved templates
- Log tips, reviews, and reports to help the team stay on track
