YOUR MISSION
As our Body Shop General Manager, you will lead all aspects of our collision center, from operations and repairs to team performance and client satisfaction. This includes:
- Managing workflow, staffing, equipment, and scheduling
- Driving revenue through both body shop excellence and sales alignment
- Leading estimators, techs, front office, and vendor relationships
- Collaborating with our seasoned Sales Manager to close deals and scale volume
- Building systems and culture that elevate the entire team
We’re not looking for someone to “run a shop.” We’re looking for a partner in building something elite.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Body Shop General Manager or Collision Center General Manager
- Knowledge of estimating, DRP relationships, and sales fundamentals
- Ability to lead, inspire, and execute under pressure
- Strong financial, operational, and team-building skills
- A passion for growth — both personal and organizational
