We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Support Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support. From basic accounting, inventory and warranty requests and warranty management. Responsibilities
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software with precision
- Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to support financial recordkeeping
- Help Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events efficiently
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Conduct general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity and safety
Experience
- Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Personal assistant or clerical experience that showcases strong time management and multitasking capabilities
