Production/Machine Operator Positions
Monday – Thursday (First Shift 6:00am – 4:30pm) & (Second Shift 4:00pm - 2:30am)
Every Expert Rotomolding Production Associate is a critical front-line position and directly impacts the company’s sales, growth, and reputation for the highest quality products and service. A successful Production Associate will directly implement the strategies and processes required to provide the highest quality products for our customers.
Summary
Responsible for making sure procedures/essential functions are followed and communicate the daily issues and concerns. Team members will take responsibility for the tools, and roto machine to produce quality parts.
Responsibilities

Operate rotational molding machines to form plastic molds and other molded components

Maintain proper safety of rotomolding machine and oven

Proper loading of rotational molding machine

Accurately measure, fill powder buckets and dispense raw materials

Machine troubleshooting
-
Operate various pneumatic and hand tools
-
Ability to work at different workstations as per production needs
-
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
-
Follow quality service standards
-
Follow all required safety regulations
-
Perform additional duties as required
Working Conditions

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, standing and sitting

Able to climb stairs repeatedly throughout the workday

Must be able to withstand shop elements such as heat, noise, odors and dust
Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-
Able to read and understand written and/or verbal instructions
-
Must be able to accurately complete paperwork for workflow
-
Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Subject to satisfactory background investigation and drug screening
