Dennis Kirk, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This is a Monday-Friday position and will be full-time. All benefits are for full-time hires.
Responsibilities
- Taking Customer Calls and handling order issues
- Handling multiple inboxes and responding to customer inquiries
- Process Damage and Lost Shipment claims with UPS and USPS
- Handle Fitment issues
- Warranty and damaged part claims
- Processing returns
- Taking internal calls and making external call to our customers
- Assisting our Sales and Tech teams with customer issues
Requirements
- Good Organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable
- Knowledge of the powersports industry and the products we carry is not required but helpful
