- Both list and sell residential real estate
- Negotiate contracts with both buyers and sellers
- Prepare comparative market analysis to help determine property value
- Keep your clients updated and informed on the process
- Practice/Prioritize Daily Script Practice and Role Play
- Conduct Daily Lead Generation for a minimum of 3 hours per day to include inside and outside lead sources
- Be available to host open houses
- Meet accountability standards and attend weekly consulting sessions
- Working with buyers - you must get energy from this activity and have passion for them no matter the life situation
Qualifications:
- Strong Costumer Service Skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Virginia, DC, or Maryland Real Estate License
