HH Red Stone, a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our properties in Washington, DC. If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaborative management style will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Skilled Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, handling tasks such as timekeeping, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage on-site vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with our high standards.Place orders for necessary parts and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Budget Oversight :Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize OneSite Property Management software to streamline the turnover process and oversee the work order process for occupied apartments.

Job Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance.
- Must be HVAC Certified
