PAL Legacy Logistics Group LLC is hiring Part-Time Delivery Drivers to Deliver the WoW and exceptional customer service throughout the Little Rock area. Our team operates from the DKLR2 Amazon delivery station in Alexander, Arkansas, delivering packages on behalf of Amazon as an independent Delivery Service Partner (DSP).
If you're dependable, enjoy working independently, and like staying active throughout the day, we'd love to meet you. No CDL is required, and paid training is provided.
What You'll Do
As a Delivery Associate, you'll safely transport and deliver Amazon packages while providing a positive customer experience. Every day is different as you travel throughout the community in a company-provided delivery van.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
- Follow daily delivery routes using a handheld device and GPS navigation.
- Load, transport, and deliver packages efficiently and accurately.
- Provide courteous, professional service during every delivery.
- Work safely in various weather conditions.
- Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the shift.
- Complete approximately 200-250 deliveries each day while meeting safety and quality expectations.
Part-Time Schedule
We're currently hiring part-time team members with flexible scheduling options.
- Typical shifts are 8-10 hours
- Shifts available throughout the week, including weekends
- Start times are generally in the late morning between 11:00AM - 12:00PM
- Evening completion times are typically between 9:00 – 10:00 PM
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts may be available based on business needs
What We're Looking For
Qualified applicants should have:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Comfortable using GPS and navigation technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to remain focused while driving and working independently
- Previous delivery, driving, warehouse, courier, rideshare, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
