- Ability and willingness to work alongside the education committee board.
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote student engagement, critical thinking, and holistic development.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals aligned with the school’s mission and values.
- Manage the school’s budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while investing in programs that enhance student learning experiences.
- Oversee all aspects of education administration, including faculty hiring, professional development, performance evaluations, and supervision of teaching staff.
- Foster a collaborative environment by supervising staff, supporting their growth, and maintaining high standards of classroom instruction.
- Engage actively with parents, community members, and stakeholders through public speaking engagements and regular communication to build strong relationships.
- Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within a school setting.
- Strong background in curriculum development and instructional design tailored to diverse student needs.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively.
- Extensive management experience with a focus on supervising staff and fostering team collaboration.
- Hands-on classroom teaching experience with students across various age groups is highly desirable.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to inspire confidence among staff, students, and community members.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
