We are seeking a dependable and motivated Distribution Associate / Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution team. This hands-on role supports daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, picking and packing, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and product movement throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate has a strong and stable work history, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Forklift experience is highly preferred and will be utilized as part of daily warehouse operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Palletize, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards are maintained
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational workflows
- Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and fulfillment processes
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment required
- Forklift operating experience preferred
- Strong work history and demonstrated job stability required
- Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate in English for safety procedures and team communication
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA standards preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Lean practices and 5S methodology is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights up to 8 feet when necessary
- Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
