Fast paced, privately held, thriving packaging company in south city area of St. Louis looking for a 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) Line Leader who is responsible for the quality and throughput of production lines and operating light equipment as designed. Motivate team members to meet production deadlines by optimizing efficiencies.
Basic math, leadership communication skills, concise control over packaging materials and good documentation skills are a must. Train new workers on their station on the assembly line and assist workers when necessary. Ensure all members of the team follow company policies and ensure safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety and good manufacturing practices.
