Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift, Monday through Saturday - alternating Fridays and Saturdays off
Salary: $16/hr plus Performance Bonus

Must reside in the Phoenix Metro Valley with the ability to reliably commute to Tempe, AZ 85284

Fulfillment Technician Duties:
- Picking, packaging and shipping orders accurately
- Maintains productivity and efficiency levels to exceed goals and expectations.
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning within the warehouse
- Keep shipping supplies stocked and refill workstations as needed
- Keeps current on available shipping methods & materials as well as rules for each method
Fulfillment/Distribution Technician Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Fulfillment or shipping experience preferred
- Shipping software experience a plus
- Dependability and Independence with ability to take direction well
- Meticulous attention to detail while being able to multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good team working and organizational skills
- Ability to stand at station for up to 8 hours in a day
- Ability to lift to 55 lbs., stoop, bend, reach or crawl as necessary.
