What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their garage door needs.
- Recommend the best repair or replacement solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain pricing with confidence.
- Build trust with customers through professionalism and excellent communication.
- Follow up on estimates and help guide customers through the purchasing process.
- Maintain organized documentation and customer records.
- Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience, preferably in home improvement or residential services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable presenting and selling high-value products.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Typically 7:30 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation
- Target annual earnings of approximately $78,000
- Commissions are paid once the garage door installation is completed.
