What You’ll Do:
As an RBT, you'll make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy services in home and community settings
- Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collecting and recording client data using electronic systems (training provided)
- Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members
- Participating in supervision sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training
What You Bring:
- Current RBT Certification preferred (or willingness to complete certification requirements)
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience OR 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping children achieve meaningful progress
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
