DanGrady Company is looking for Class A or B Dump Truck Driver We are a growing company with a large fleet, currently seeking hard-working, dependable drivers to join our team.
Commercial Drivers are critical members of our team, ensuring the safe and dependable delivery of our products to our customers. If you have a strong work ethic and a professional manner, this challenging position is right for you We are looking for full-time Class A or B truck drivers in the Asheville, NC area who have experience in:
- operating and driving single vehicles with gross vehicle weight (GVW) over 26,000 pounds
- proper operation of tandem and tri-axle dump trucks
ensuring load contents are secure and safe maintaining detailed driving and delivery logs
- performing regular inspections and necessary vehicle maintenance (oil, fuel, tire pressure, etc.)
- meet or exceed customer expectations
- maneuvering and parking large trucks
- navigating routes with GPS and/or other routing systems Applicants must:
- possess and maintain a valid Class A or B drivers license
- pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
- maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- be able to lift 50 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
