This is true one-on-one support. You’ll be paired with one individual—no rotating clients, no group homes, no day centers. Just you and your client, building a consistent relationship and supporting their independence.
Daily support may include community outings, social skills, budgeting, safety, and being a steady, positive presence.
We prioritize the right match. If you’re not comfortable with certain tasks (like bathing or personal care), we take that into account when pairing you.
What we offer:
- $22.86–$26.00/hour depending on service intensity

- Reliable, strong communicator

- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
