- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and installation skills
- Experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
- Clean/Valid driver's license (no accidents or MVs)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems.
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical system troubleshooting to identify faults accurately.
- Read schematics, mechanical drawings, and HVAC design plans to execute precise system modifications or repairs.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak repairs.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems through mechanical systems repair, refrigeration diagnostics, and component replacement.
- Use hand tools and welding equipment to perform repairs or modifications on various mechanical systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during service visits.
Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
