We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As an Inventory Associate, you will assist with receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory while helping ensure that supplies and materials are available when needed. You will work closely with operations and administrative teams to maintain accurate inventory records and support efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming inventory and verify deliveries for accuracy.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
- Perform routine inventory counts and stock audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
- Prepare inventory for internal distribution and daily operational use.
- Label and organize products according to company procedures.
- Assist with stocking shelves and storage areas.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift and move inventory safely throughout the workday.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
